2. Services Overview
ALMAR Private Journeys provides bespoke luxury experiences across Colombia, including private villa accommodations, personal chef services, 24/7 concierge support, security personnel, bilingual supervisors, helicopter tours, yacht charters, cultural immersions, and luxury ground transportation.
3. Bookings & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and require a deposit to confirm. Full payment must be received prior to your arrival date. ALMAR reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations. Booking confirmation is only valid once issued in writing by our team.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat all staff, properties, and local communities with respect. ALMAR reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases where guest conduct is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or disrespectful to local customs.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, photography, logos, videos, and branding is the exclusive property of ALMAR Private Journeys. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
6. Modifications
ALMAR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
