Booking Terms

These Booking Terms govern the conditions under which ALMAR Private Journeys accepts and manages reservations. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms in full.
1. Booking Process
Reservations can be initiated via our website contact form, by email, or through an authorized travel agent. All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once ALMAR has issued a written booking confirmation and the required deposit has been received.
2. Deposit & Payment
The following payment terms apply to all bookings:
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation
Full balance is due 30 days before your arrival date
Accepted payment methods: international bank transfer and major credit cards
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
Bank and card processing fees are the responsibility of the guest
3. Pricing
All quoted prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing. Once confirmed, the agreed price is locked and will not be subject to rate increases. Prices include applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise specified.
4. Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify confirmed bookings including date changes, service adjustments, or guest count updates must be submitted in writing. ALMAR will accommodate changes subject to availability and reserves the right to apply an administrative fee for significant modifications.
5. Guest Information
Accurate guest information must be provided at least 14 days prior to arrival, including passport details, dietary requirements, medical needs, and personal preferences. This allows our team to prepare a fully personalized and seamless experience.
6. Confirmation & Vouchers
A booking confirmation and detailed itinerary will be sent via email within 48 hours of receiving your deposit. Please review all details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. Your confirmation serves as proof of booking.
